These terms govern your use of the Wectory website at wectory.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Access to and use of the Wectory platform is governed by a separate agreement, the Partner Platform Services Agreement, not by these terms.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Wectory Ltd ("Wectory", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12790239), registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at in@wectory.com.

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own lawful, informational and business purposes. We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the servers on which it is stored, or any connected system;
introduce any malware, or interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the Site, including through automated scraping, bulk requests, or attempts to circumvent our security or rate-limiting measures;
copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the Site except as these terms allow; or
use the Site to transmit unsolicited marketing, or to collect data about others without a lawful basis.

We may withdraw your access to the Site if you breach this section.

4. Information on the Site is not advice

The Site describes what Wectory and its partners do and includes illustrative material, including interactive calculators and worked examples. This information is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer or a promise of any particular commercial terms or outcome.

Calculators and worked examples are estimates based on the assumptions shown. They are not a quotation or a forecast, actual figures depend on the specific arrangement, and you should not rely on them when making a decision. You should take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read on the Site.

We take care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content - including text, design, graphics, logos and the "Wectory" name and brand - belong to Wectory or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not otherwise use, reproduce or adapt any part of the Site, or use our name or brand, without our prior written permission.

6. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. We provide those links for convenience and do not control or endorse the linked sites, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

7. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and because the Site is provided free and for general information:

we provide the Site "as is" and give no warranties in relation to it;
we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any content on it; and
we are not liable for any business loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.

If you use the Site in the course of a business, you agree that these limitations are reasonable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version in force is the one published on the Site when you use it.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
