Two products
Two fees
One settlement

You pay Wectory only on successful Direct Debits. No setup fees, no monthly minimums. The fee deducts inside the same GoCardless Partner Integration transaction that settles rent into your collection account.

Rent Advance

2.4%of each successful Rent Advance Direct Debit

Deducted at settlement, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows the repayment to your collection account. Accrues only on successful DDs.

What this fee covers

  • - Scoring engine - rental history, payment patterns, property and tenancy data
  • - Factoring agreements and DD mandates, generated to meet regulatory requirements
  • - Direct Debit provisioning and retry logic on GoCardless Partner Integration
  • - White-label landlord-facing documents and communications
  • - Scheme events as GoCardless reports them, with payouts reconciled for you

You set the factoring fee with each landlord per deal. Wectory's 2.4% applies only to the rent that actually collects. Your payment provider charges you its own fee separately, on your own agreement with it.

Rent Collection

£10 per successful Direct Debit, at every amount we serve. Deducted at settlement, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows rent to your collection account. Accrues only on successful DDs.

  • - White-label Direct Debit provisioning on GoCardless Partner Integration
  • - You stay merchant of record on your own collection account
  • - Scheme events with a reason code on every failure
  • - Payouts reconciled to gross, fees and refunds in your settlements view
  • - Retry logic and arrears workflow
  • - Dedicated support during onboarding and beyond

You set the monthly fee you charge the landlord. Wectory's £10 applies only per successful tenant DD. Your payment provider charges you its own fee separately, on your own agreement with it.

Composition

Both lines on the same tenancy

When you run Rent Advance and Rent Collection on the same tenancy, the tenant signs one Direct Debit mandate and pays the same rent. Both product prices apply on that one Direct Debit, each per its own mechanic. There is no combined SKU, no blended pricing.

One Direct Debit, one Wectory deduction: both product prices stack into a single fee of £46, and until our VAT registration takes effect the fee comes off with nothing added to it, as the published Fee Schedule states. Your payment provider charges you its own fee and its own VAT separately, on your own agreement with it. Tenant DD history from Rent Collection sharpens Rent Advance scoring on the same tenancy.
