Pricing
You pay Wectory's Rent Advance and Rent Collection fees only on rent that reaches you. On a successful Direct Debit the fee deducts inside the same GoCardless Partner Integration transaction that settles rent into your collection account; on rent the tenant pays you directly, it is invoiced monthly. No setup fees, no monthly minimums.
Rent Advance
Deducted at settlement from a successful Direct Debit, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows the repayment to your collection account. On rent the tenant pays you directly, invoiced monthly on each instalment recorded as received.
You set the factoring fee with each landlord per deal. Wectory's 2.4% applies only to rent that reaches you. Your payment provider charges you its own fee separately, on your own agreement with it.
Rent Collection
£2 per successful Direct Debit, at every amount we serve. Deducted at settlement, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows rent to your collection account. Accrues only on successful DDs.
You set the monthly fee you charge the landlord. Wectory's £2 applies only per successful tenant DD. Your payment provider charges you its own fee separately, on your own agreement with it.
Extended Check
One read of the HM Land Registry register of the property's title, for a property in England and Wales. Paid by card when you order it, never taken from rent.
Until our VAT registration takes effect, nothing is added to the price. The card payment is taken by Stripe. Nothing is charged for an order you leave unpaid.
Composition
When you run Rent Advance and Rent Collection on the same tenancy, the tenant signs one Direct Debit mandate and pays the same rent. Both product prices apply on that one Direct Debit, each per its own mechanic. There is no combined SKU, no blended pricing.
Per Direct Debit on a £1,500 rent running both lines
One Direct Debit, one Wectory deduction: both product prices stack into a single fee of £38, and until our VAT registration takes effect the fee comes off with nothing added to it, as the published Fee Schedule states. GoCardless charges you its own fee and its own VAT separately, and the rest of the rent is what is left after that fee too. GoCardless's fee is shown at its public Standard tariff, before VAT, and is illustrative: your own plan may differ.
