Pricing
You pay Wectory only on successful Direct Debits. No setup fees, no monthly minimums. The fee deducts inside the same GoCardless Partner Integration transaction that settles rent into your collection account.
Rent Advance
Deducted at settlement, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows the repayment to your collection account. Accrues only on successful DDs.
You set the factoring fee with each landlord per deal. Wectory's 2.4% applies only to the rent that actually collects.
Rent Collection
£10 up to £2,000, and £20 above £2,000 to the £5,000 we support. Deducted at settlement, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows rent to your collection account. Accrues only on successful DDs.
You set the monthly fee you charge the landlord. Wectory's band price applies only per successful tenant DD.
Composition
When you run Rent Advance and Rent Collection on the same tenancy, the tenant signs one Direct Debit mandate and pays the same rent. Both product prices apply on that one Direct Debit, each per its own mechanic. There is no combined SKU, no blended pricing.
Per Direct Debit on a £1,500 rent running both lines
One Direct Debit, one published price. The provider's cost sits inside that price and is counted once, not once per product line, and Wectory keeps only the £42 left of it once that cost is out. Tenant DD history from Rent Collection sharpens Rent Advance scoring on the same tenancy.
